Do you do custom trainings?

Yes! I can truly customize any training for you or your company. We begin by talking through your company or individual needs and challenges and what would best help you overcome those challenges. For instance, if we’re going to conduct a CSI training, it’s a very different conversation if your team wants to conserve the status quo during a massive re-organization than if your team is creators and originators who want to do something new all the time. Having an idea of the circumstance helps to customize a training or workshop.

Are there “right” or “wrong” answers to the assessments?

No. With DISC and Change Style Indicator, no style is good or bad, no style is right or wrong, no style is better or worse. It is what it is and the choice is yours to develop the aspects that you think would better serve you.

Where are the trainings held?

I can come on-site if you have training space or we can find a location off-site with training space. I’m flexible and willing to meet wherever is convenient.

Does our team need a workshop? Can’t we just take the assessment?

Without context for the assessment results, people will place value on themselves based on their results. Face-to-face education on what the results mean and how to apply them in your daily lives is truly the key to success.

What other trainings do you conduct?

I conduct classes on leadership, communication and business management skills. The lowest level person in an organization needs leadership development because they’re leading somebody. Everybody is in charge of somebody even if they don’t consider themselves a leader.

I have a great team and don’t need team building.

Even great teams need team building. Even if you’re taking something that’s already good, you’re going to make it even better. There’s always room for improvement. It’s really team improvement.

What is your experience?

Over my 30 year career, my responsibilities included training, and I spent over a year traveling the country training staff and managers on a new way to do work as well as the soft skills that create more productive leaders and teams. I’m also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified DISC Facilitator, and Certified Change Style Indicator Facilitator.
