Natalie Johnson-Papageorge, Advocate for Education and Outdoor Enthusiast!

Natalie:  I am a life-long learner and educator. I’ve been in education for 25 years.  A teacher first for 9 years, New Teacher Consultant, Assistant Principal, Principal for 7 years, Professional Development Director, Associate Director, and now an Instructional Leadership Director under the realignment with CEL (Center for Educational Leadership) with OKCPS.  My leadership has also consisted in serving as the President of the Oklahoma City Building Administrators Association in affiliation with ASFA, The President Elect and President of the Oklahoma Association Elementary School Principals (OAESP), The Chair of the Cooperative Council of Oklahoma School Administrators (CCOSA) and voting delegate with NAESP, National Association of Elementary School Administrators.  I current work with the committees for OKCPS and The Great Commitment where I serve as an advocate for teaching and learning.  In my personal life, I have been an active member of the Junior League and served as Project Managers for various projects pertaining to Literacy and advocacy on Improving the Youth of today.  In my spare time I like to read, travel, spend time with my family and network with other educators.
